KROY ANNOUNCES PC LABEL PRINTER
FOR ADDRESS, SHIPPING AND OTHER INSTANT LABELS
CLEVELAND (May 19, 2000) – Kroy LLC, a major
manufacturer of label printers and supplies, has introduced the
Kroy K227 On-Line Labeler. The versatile PC printer allows the
user to quickly produce a variety of paper labels up to 2 ¼” wide.
“The K227 provides a great alternative to printing
labels off your laser printer,” said Benny Bonanno, vice president
of sales and marketing for Kroy. “You can capture and print a
single address label without having to run a whole sheet of labels
or tying up your laser printer. It’s also an easy and efficient
way to print file folder and video labels.”
The Kroy K227 On-Line Labeler prints single or
multiple labels in 14 different sizes. Label choices include shipping,
mailing, file folder, address, multi-purpose, VHS face and spine,
diskette, zip, and return address. Labels can be printed either
horizontally or vertically.
Requirements to run the K227 are a personal computer
with Windows 95, 98, 2000 or NT 4.0, 4 MB of RAM, and a serial
port. The suggested retail price for the K227 is $149.
The printer comes with Kroy Label Designer Software to make label
creation quick and easy. Graphics, logos, bar codes and multiple
fonts can be added with the click of a mouse. The K227 is also
compatible with most Windows-based software.
